1. Application and Entry Fees

1.1. The application fee of £40 (+VAT) is non-refundable.This fee is used to cover administrative costs associated with processing the application.

1.2. Payment of the entry fee must be made via the link in Section 6. Entrants who submit the form without making payment via the HOFA website will not be considered. If you have an issue with making your payment please contact info@digitalartawards.io.

1.3. The Call for Entries is open from the 5th February 2025 and will close on the 15th April 2025.

1.4. To qualify for consideration, all submitted works must be categorised as digital art. 

1.5. The application deadline is 15th April 2025. Applications submitted after this

date may not be reviewed or considered. The Organiser reserves the right to extend

the Call for Entries deadline at its discretion.

1.7 All submissions are final and cannot be edited once submitted.

2. Selection, Notification and Award

2.1. A Selectors Committee (“SC”), composed of gallery owners, curators, artists and

academics, will select the 2025 Digital Art Awards Finalists.

2.2. Entrants must select a category for their work upon submission.

2.3. The Jury Panel will determine the prize winners.

2.4. Successful entrants will be notified individually by the Organiser via the email address provided in the Registration Form. Artists whose works are not selected as finalists will not receive individual notification. Unfortunately, feedback cannot be

provided for non-selected works.

2.5. Entrants may withdraw their submissions by notifying the Organiser at info@digitalartawards.io prior to the announcement of the Shortlist in April 2025. Once submitted, entry fees are non-refundable.

2.6 Winners of each category of the Digital Art Awards shall receive a cash prize intended to support the creation of new artistic works. By accepting the award, winners agree that the prize funds must be used for the commissioning,

development, or production of new artwork(s). The commissioned work(s) may be showcased as part of future exhibitions, events, or digital showcases organised or endorsed by the Digital Art Awards.

2.7 HOFA reserves the right to resell the commissioned artworks via art fairs and gallery exhibitions, subject to the approval of the artist.

2.8 The four winners artists will have the opportunity to exhibit in an exclusively curated Group Exhibition at HOFA gallery London.

3. Eligibility and Warranties

3.1. The entrant(s) must be the sole owner, creator, and author of each submitted work. The Organiser is not responsible for any misrepresentation regarding collective or partnership ownership if the entry form is incomplete or if contributing

artists are not named.

3.2. The entrant(s) must have the authority to submit the work and make it available for the Digital Art Awards.

3.3. Each submission must not include content that is infringing, threatening, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive or illegal.

3.4. Submissions must not infringe on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations of third parties.

Prohibited Materials:

3.5. Entries must not include:

Trademarks or copyrighted materials owned by third parties without proper authorisation.

Identifiable names, likenesses, or characteristics of public figures without consent.

Stock images or materials without proper rights to use.

Commercial content promoting unrelated products or services without consent.

3.6 In such cases, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify or suspend affected entries without liability.

The Organiser assumes no responsibility for:

Errors, omissions, corruption, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operation or transmission.

Failures in communication lines, theft, destruction, unauthorised access, or alterations to submissions.

Issues rendering an entry incapable of being viewed or functioning as intended, including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical malfunctions.
